Demiplane
ConjurationYou create a shadowy door on a flat solid surface that you can see within range. The door is large enough to allow Medium creatures to pass through unhindered. When opened, the door leads to a demiplane that appears to be an empty room 30 feet in each dimension, made of wood or stone. When the spell ends, the door disappears, and any creatures or objects inside the demiplane remain trapped there, as the door also disappears from the other side. Each time you cast this spell, you can create a new demiplane, or have the shadowy door connect to a demiplane you created with a previous casting of this spell. Additionally, if you know the nature and contents of a demiplane created by a casting of this spell by another creature, you can have the shadowy door connect to its demiplane instead.

Player Guide
Use Demiplane as an emergency safe room to retreat from overwhelming combat, isolate dangerous enemies, or protect allies during a difficult fight. The spell's permanence (until dispelled) makes it invaluable for stashing treasure, creating a mobile base camp, or establishing a secure meeting location. In combat, casting it as a bonus action via a magic item or feature allows you to create an escape route while still acting, making it superior to pure teleportation for group survival. The door can be opened or closed at will from either side, giving you control over who enters and exits.

DM Tips
Clarify whether the door can be detected from the outside (likely yes, as it's visible), and whether dispel magic or similar effects can close it permanently or just temporarily. Consider the narrative implications of permanent demiplanes accumulating in your world—you may want to rule that only one demiplane per caster can exist at a time, or require concentration to maintain access.
